I guess you could call these ASICs - anyway I have a number for sale - $15 each. Shipping extra.
These are Mk iii Synchronar Sunwatch wafers - the Synchronar was the worlds first digital watch. These wafers were produced between 1967 and 1969. I have them on eBay for 25 bucks so this is a bargain. The wafers are so vintage that they even vary in diameter from 1.5 to 2" - in those days I guess the Si boules were not as uniform in diameter as they are now.
