I got this power strip? and 2 cords in new condition from a garage sale in the US.
Can a Chinese member tell me if this is a heavy duty power strip?
Is this for use only in China or is it also used in some other countries?
I would like to sell or trade this, if anyone needs these items. _________________ My collection list (growing) http://johnorun.x86-guide.com/en/collection.html

| I'm not Japanese, but I can tell you 16 amps is definitely heavy duty (Printed on top). The surge protection may not be applicable to the USA since it's designed for 250v and the USA is 120v... |

It's not Japanese, It's Chinese In Japan 100V. The first two hieroglyphs mean Chzhun-Go i.e China. _________________ Wanted: 4 x VT-25-A tubes |

I guess these values are the maximum values of what that thing can deliver before it blow up or could malfunction.
They have 220VAC.
That text in Chinese just seems to tell one that the code below is some kind of "verification number"/approval for use/sale number. _________________ Check out my museum project with more than 1500 CPU pics: http://www.cpumuseum.jimdo.com/ |

never saw this type power strip before
but i can translate the chinese for you
1.
the chinese text above CH0055504
is the licence number from
China Commission for Conformity Certification of Electrical Equipment
which is replaced by China Compulsory Certificate mark after 2002
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/China_Compulsory_Certificate
so this power cord is 10+ years old
2.
beside, the chinese txt on the 4th plug
mean
"for air conditioner use only"
so i guess it is specific for air conditioner |

How can I sell this to someone in China?
It isn't usable in the US.
Thanks to all for helpful information! _________________ My collection list (growing) http://johnorun.x86-guide.com/en/collection.html |
