Now you can buy Elbrus-based system even if you are not a military organization =)
Cost is about $4000 for workstation with 800 MHz Elbrus-4C. Smile

Elbrus is the most expensive chip in the world when compared USD/FLOPS,
it is comparable in performance to PIII:
