I went on a trip recently and got some really nice chips. Here is one LGA775 CPU by Intel and a really huge MCM from IBM. However there's very few information on the 775, and I can't get any clue on the MCM as well. Any one knows about them?

That's useful information. seems QX9970 is one of the 775 CPUs with best performance. I'll find a board and try it out some day
