I found in a scrap lot an IBM MCM
seem to be a POWER2 but I'm not sure, pins are the same
Aberco posted a picture with a POWER2 and a POWER2+ (first picture), difference it's on the number of small and big dies, but mine didn't match with these two (second picture)
someone has something like this and know what it is?

Ha! glad you saved it! I saw that one as well on eBay, I'm very curious as to what this could be...
Would you happen to have some damaged Power2 in order to flip the dies? |

I'm sorry but the other Power2+ was in excellent condition so I didn't think to destroy it |
