Look what I found!! - I now have two of these beauties. A friend tells me: -

"In 1989, Siemens had in production a sequential build up board technology with 3mil wide, half- ounce copper lines, 3mil diameter vias on a 20mil grid, and two tracks of conductors between the vias. This substrate was used to interconnect Motorola ECL gate arrays for a high end mainframe."

One is with John right now and one at my UK address - I am waiting for the day I can get them shipped to Hong Kong to have a really deep look at these beautiful items.

NO it cannot be "run".

The pattern reminds me of Burberry.
