So I came across 9 of these chips in some very old scrap - my reading suggests that they are ram... but information on them seems scarce.
What have I found? |

Simply too many pins for RAM, in 1972 there wasn't even 4Kilobit ones.
It's not mentioned in Mostek IC Guide, may be custom chip. |

Why so many pins for 256 bit?
The whole cache of "old stuff" is quite interesting. I found some Intel SDK-51 and SDK-85 boards, a whole tube of intel 8035 chips... a crap-ton of eproms (C1702A)...
I'm giving a lot of this to a local computer museum... they're salivating over the SDK boards. |

I bet they are. What a lucky museum and what a generous person you are. _________________ best rgds.

Oh yeah, I'm awesome - just ask me.
Seriously though, the boards are worth a couple hundred each - tops - so it's just not worth my while to try and sell them, when I can give them to museum. |
