Never seen an "error" like this before and google couldn't help me either.

The lid on the bottom has two "i66" stampings. The second one looks like it's stamped from the other side of the lid. Wouldn't think it's a faked chip as who would keep the same MHz??? Top of the chip looks normal. As a bonus, the chip works perfectly Smile

not that uncommon. The die caps were stamped both sides & sometimes the stamping from the other side showed through when more pressure was used than normal.
This also applies to late production 50MHz with i50 stamp on the die

they were done from both sides to discourage faking.

Fakers would yank the plate and flip it on 50s and make them 66s
