Found this card in an old IBM when i raided the electronic scrap bin in the basement at work. Is the IDT related to the R3000 or something completely different? _________________ My collection: http://www.cpucollection.se :::::: http://www.chipdb.org Photos of chips you never knew existed. Yes, it's a CPU with R3000A-like core and 4kB instruction and 2kB data caches.
I don't have a die shot of that one yet, but I have R3052E, R3071 and R3081 die shots waiting for release from that IDT RISController family. Aberco has already released his die shots of those: http://www.cpu-world.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=22112&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=30, so you can look at the dies already. |
