I have here a very nice dual SPARC module, CYM6002K made by cypress.
It as two CY7C601 40MHz CPUs, dual CY7C602 FPUs, and dual CY7C605 MMU/L2 Cache tag unit.

The chips are all ceramic and gold pins, this module is quite rare and very nice.

$100 Free shipping to AVICC!

Probably an SM100 module for one of the SPARCserver 600MP (http://mbus.sunhelp.org/systems/sun/ss600.htm), such as the one pictured here: http://mbus.sunhelp.org/modules/501-1301.jpg.

MBus module were nice. The SM100 were v7 not v8 and only supported in the 600MP IIRC.

Wish I had a 630MP, but they're rare and big Sad 670MP/690MP ones are even worse.

It's a CYM6002K module, Datasheet here:

SM100 is probably the SUN part number then.

More accurately, marketing name from Sun, and commonly used by rescuers. I would rescue, but $100 is to rich for me and then I would still need to buy the motherboard for it (currently just the one on ebay, http://www.ebay.fr/itm/SUN-MICROSYSTEMS-SPACESERVER-630MP-SPARCserver-v7-2X40MHz-motherboard-/151647169948?hash=item234ee02d9c and it's preposterously expensive). I already have a SPARCstation 330 so I could make my own 630MP Smile (there a SPARCserver 330 on ebay as well http://www.ebay.fr/itm/Sun-SparcServer-Station-330-4-330GX-24-P9-Tower-S-SparcServer-330-/262064193604?hash=item3d043e4044 for those who care, but at that price it's a bit crazy).

Part numbers would be 501-1301 or 501-1388. Details here: http://mbus.sunhelp.org/modules/index.htm.
