It should work, but i canīt guarantee it. CPU is soldered under silver HS.

IBM 486BL3 (DLC3) is a 386/486 hybrid CPU. Performance characteristics are closer to a real 486 without FPU.

There are many 386/486 hybrid boards with VLB slots. Sometimes they work well, and other times not so much. I suspect the VLB on this board works just fine though.
