|
|
I try to do my own research but some things are not easy to get information on.
I keep an excel document of all the chips I've collected with some basic fields and I have some blanks that I hope some of you can help me with.
First up, package name or type and likely speed of the following. |

the SPARCs are marked
1580-8 8-core 1580MHz
1170-6 6-core 1170MHz
They are in an FCLGA 1831 (Flip chip glass ceramic Land Grid Array with 1831 pins) _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!

| 5061-3020 isn't CPU. I've opened one and it has four small dies inside that look similar and quite simple. I haven't looked at it through the scope yet, but I'll try to take some pics when I'm at the scope. |
