I have question for you and i hope you will help me.
Does the CPU starts to work after the bios boot sequence or somewhere in the bios boot sequence? |

If I understand the question correctly, you are having problems getting you computer to boot. The bios contains software that the computer uses to do a Power On Self Test (POST). It can't do that without the CPU so you could say that they both are working when you hit the power button.
The POST tests the CPU as well as the hard drive, memory etc. so if your computer is locking up during this time frame then you have a problem with probably one of those areas.
If you give us the symptoms then I am sure someone can help you.
