Hey All! :=)

I am wondering if anyone here is well-versed and knowledgeable about "Copyright Infringement Law".
I have a lawsuit against me pending and was wondering if the attorney I have representing me is doing a good job!?! I honestly don't know much about "Tntellectual Property Law" or it's variations on a theme. I can barely understand some of the EULAs and ToS;s out there.
