These came in after my 486 sale so posting here
5x Very Rare A80486SX-20 SX678
Interesting these have a '25' sticker over the 20 apparently they ran fine at 25MHz, maybe why Intel didn't make/mark many
These are clean with nice pins
$30 each will do it _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!

I've heard that overclocking was widespread in those days. Most SX-25s would happily run at 33 with a heatsink. The SX-20 was a strange chip as the only thing going for it was the you beaut 486 title atached to it. Other than that you would have been much better off with a good 386DX-40 with more ram and a faster, bigger hard drive. The computer would have been faster and cheaper. As for the SX-16, you would be faster with pen and paper! _________________ General failure reading disk in drive A
