Hey Guys.
I've got 2 chips of TRW family tody, they are with gold cap and marked "END MOD", one of them is circle and white ceramics, so funny! just like a spider  , I've never seen it before.
Any detail information is appreciated!

You have a mistake on your type.
It is "ENG MOD".
Can you tell me "MOD" for what?
