16x PMC RM7000B-500T

Originally made by QED the MIPS7000 is a 64bit MIPS RISC processor with 16KB of I Cache and 16 K of D cache as well as an ondie 256k L2 cache
The 7000B is a die shrink to 0.13u (the A was 0.18u and the original was 0.25u) allowing for higher speeds

the 0.13u RM7000C hit 600MHz

The successor was the RM9000x2 a dual core 1GHz chip and the RM7900 which use the 9000 series core (longer pipeline) to achieve 900MHz, don't think the stock 7000 pipeline could do it.
