the 0.13u RM7000C hit 600MHz
The successor was the RM9000x2 a dual core 1GHz chip and the RM7900 which use the 9000 series core (longer pipeline) to achieve 900MHz, don't think the stock 7000 pipeline could do it. _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!
