hello...
i have a 478 P4 2.8 (533MHz/512KB) on a ASUS MOBO. i have three chasis fans and a zalman CPU cooler. when in idle, my cpu (according to ASUS PC Probe and other monitor program) is at around 42-45C and it goes up to 52 degrees. my MOBO stays around 35C. is my CPU running at high temperature? my friend's P4 2.0 runs at around 30C and i thought that my CPU is running at too high of a temp. what should my CPU values be for temp set-up?
thanks!

Don't beleive to motherboard's HM (hardware monitorng)! In many case it can give wrong parameters of system (voltages, temperatures). So use thermocouple or check cooler temperature by finger Smile
