on this chip
Thanks

At first, I thought the "M" means military temperature range, but I never seen plastic chips with military temperature range before. I couldn't find anything in my NEC 8085 datasheets though I have only datasheets for commercial parts. I think "M" does stand for something, and if I had this chip I'd add it to my collection.
