Here are some nice ones
The iBM PowerXCell 8i (IBM Part # 43E9251 ) is an Cell processor (originally made famous in the Playstation 3)
It has 9 cores (one Power Element, and 8x SPEs) and is made on a 65nm process. It runs at 3.2GHz on a 65nm process and has much greater floating point performance then the original.
They are about the size of a Pentium

These processors were the basis of the IBM RoadRunner Supercomputer.
I have 7 of them, removed from massive blades, $22 each
