Not 100% confident on these but all evidence leads to it.
In the early 2000s Atmel made a security chip, capable of generating 1024 bit RSA key signatures called the NIMBUS

These would be samples, made on Atmel's AT55K 0.5u 240MHz CBIC
Atmel DVS is the Design Verification stage (along with assembly and test)
Note the NSA/GFE labels on half of them
I have 3 with the NSA/GFE labels for $12 each 1 left
