This one looks like a TRINITY PILE DRIVER CORE mobile APU - same die size, same capacitors, same package number - except no part number, and it has the AMD logo engraved in the die, like they used to do with K7-generation processors.

I tried it in my notebook, and it doesn't run.

How to classify it:
Engineering sample, or mechanical sample, or display sample, or broken sample, or...?
