Dear all,
I have for sale 5pcs of Fujitsu MB89637R F2MC microcontrollers.
These are ES, in a super nice gold and ceramic QFP package that Fujistu uses for Milspec.
They truly are one of a kind, likely gone for good after this sale.
The MB89630 series has been developed as a general-purpose version of the F2MC*-8L family consisting of proprietary 8-bit, single-chip microcontrollers.
In addition to a compact instruction set, the microcontrollers contain a variety of peripheral functions such as dual-clock control system, five operating speed control stages, a UART, timers, a PWM timer, a serial interface, an A/D converter, an external interrupt, and a watch prescaler.
*: F2MC stands for FUJITSU Flexible Microcontroller.
