| I've got such Alcatel MCM also, so I've taken die shots and identified the dies. You have two Motorola DSP56002 dies https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Motorola_DSP56002_die.JPG and six Motorola MCM6726 SRAM dies on that module, so it's module with two DSPs. I hope it's useful for you to know what dies you're selling there. I haven't finished and released SRAM die shot yet but I can send it you if you want to use it in auction together with DSP die shot. |
