Hi,
there is various brands and form factors, but dual socket mobo and 6 DIMM's per cpu require EATX or EEB size, some mobo have SAS/RAID controller integrated. For better performance use E5645 cpu or better and memory speed at least 1333 (pc3-10800)
use this link http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_odkw=dual+socket+1366&_osacat=58058&_from=R40&_trksid=p2045573.m570.l1313.TR2.TRC0.A0.H0.Xdual+socket+1366+motherboard.TRS0&_nkw=dual+socket+1366+motherboard&_sacat=58058
