HP 264X terminal boards

For sale four boards from HP 264X series terminal,
probably it was 2645A, but I am not sure.
According to this resource

there are:

02640-60065 4K Memory
02640-60143 DataComm (with 1602 uart)
02640-60192 Control Memory
02640-60209 Processor (without 8080)

Pulled from working machine about 20 years ago.
Made in 1980-1981 years according to dates on chips.
12th control rom chip is not absent, it worked without it!
As for the price let it be $40 for the set.

But they are not very interesting, probably not worth shipping.
