| There's four possible microcontroller dies in Pentium set including those two TI dies. Do you have any of those for me and aberco for die shots and identification attempts? |

Sure - I can loan you a set as long as you return them or sell them and give me the cash!!
BTW some of the dies are from Aberco - I traded him a while back so he already has them I guess. _________________ best rgds.

There's no hurry because I can't take die shots of them before August anyway. I don't need such complete sets, of course, because I already have die shots Pentium, microSPARC and TMS320C40. Coppermine isn't good for die shot without delayering, so it's better to use scrap chips to take die shot of it. Thus, I don't need likely the most valuable dies in those sets, but I could try to identify some others and at least take nice die shots of them to hopefully increase their value.
I'll now have to check which ones I or aberco already have. At least I've got die shot of something very close to the TI die second largest in Pentium set, but that's still waiting for post processing. Unfortunately, I still don't know what those TI 371 devices are although you have two dies from that family in both sets and I've photographed three different dies on wafers. Anyway, my Pentium P54C die shot is at https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Intel_Pentium_P54C_die.jpg if you want to add my pic of the most important die to sell the set better. |
