chip question?

I got a few EEPROM's chips for sale or trades...Thing is, I don't see anybody on here with them(same one I got)... Confused

Does that mean it's hard to find? or...well their from the 80's so,still collectable right?


Anyways: I don't have a pic of them yet...
They very well might be the first "OKI" MCU's to be placed on here? !!!

They are as described:
(MITSUBISHI LOGO)M5M27C10K-15 (OKI-OL840)
They are black ceramic tops with a round window in center(to see chip).Pins are silver.No inscription underneath.

Anyways I will probably post them soon got about 10 of em'.
Just want opinions...
