These devices are the first planar semiconductors ever made. This is what laid the foundation for integrated circuits. A lot of other companies made copies, but there can only be one first, and this is it.

I got a good deal on them so I'm making a good opening deal on them. Get em for your collection while you can. They aren't going to get any cheaper.
