That's just a regular D8080A. D is the grey ceramic package.

The inverted triangle would normally suggest some military use, but nothing else points to being that.
Either mess up in marking or fake remarking on genuine chip

The inverted triangle appears on a lot of older chips above the I logo.

this is not an old production chip. by copyright n FPO would be 1993
