Hello everybody. Could anybody help identify this chip?
It is very thin and I don't know much about it. Thank you all for your input! |

1AF5-6001 HP I/O Processor (made on a Silicon-On-Sapphire process)
It and its many versions are common to most all HP Axxx systems, it offloads I/O operations from the main CPU
It is also found on HPIB interface cards.
It is a similar chip/function to 1AC5-6001 and 1TL2-000x and 1AF5-6202 (PGA version) _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!
