Think of them as a Itanium Overdrive
These are HP Hondo MCMs, the Hondo is a custom MCM made by HP to upgrade single CPU/node Superdome systems.
It integrates 2 Itanium2 Madison core processors (new sspec SL75Z ), each with 4M of L3 cache onto a single module with a chipset (SL7CU) and 32M of L4 cache. THe only Itaniums with L4 Cache
They are rather large (same size as a Itanium2 + its VRM) and are covered in gold
They are clocked at 1.1GHz on a 400 MHz Bus
Core Family : 1F
Core Model : 01
Core Stepping : 05
Perfect Condition on this one, $29 _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!
