| It is almost impossible to see what the chip number is because there is a scratch right over the "5" that makes it difficult to see and the markings are kind of light . I actually thought it was an 8086 for a little while until I took a close-up picture. Looks like these are desirable? |

Not sure about the value, but they don't turn up very often. Search Intel C8085A in the root forum and you will see how rare they are 
One sold last year in the forum for $200.
