Last week i had an exhibition in a shopping center and i displayed a part of my collection of CPUs and old computer/laptops... people were very very interested .. i had around 5.000 visitors that spent a while to read infos and talk about items.... It seems that the day i'll open a museum isnt that far far away Smile

I particularly like the caseless computer setups, great way to show them.

yes.. i met an old engineer that was in the team that designed and realized one of the romanian computer - TIM-S - back in the 80's, another guy explained me how core rope memory were made because he worked in a factory that produced those memories .. i also learned something about perforated paper tape and how they worked because i never saw them in use...

There will be 10 in the end... from 8080 till Pentium 4... and maybe the last one will have only a small Raspberry Pi in the middle Smile) and all will be working, will have monitors and each will have a different O.S. Smile

Awesome! I can see there the first computer I used as a kid - the Amstrad PPC. We had the PPC512 beige one. I still have it and it still works!
