These are some unusual EPROMs, The MCM68764C was a 64K EPROM for the 6800 and 68k series, but Motorola did it a bit different, while Intel and the JEDEC standard used a 28 pin package, Motorola stuffed a 64K EPROM in a 24 pin package.
It has 8 data lines 13 Address lines, Vcc/GND and one line shared for Enable/Programming Voltage
It does away with the chip enable, output enable and PRGM as separate lines
10 x Motorola MCM68764C $2 each or 3 for $4 _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!
