Got these chips in, they look like they should be Fujitsu SPARC64s of some sort but cant tell which
they are 47mm square, have around 2000 balls
MBCS100509CL dated 2010
That sticks them in the SPARC VIIIfx era but that was supposedly 55mm square
unless this is a diff version
ideas?
