I got three unknown BIT chips, the most informative article I found on google is at:

http://www.patentstorm.us/patents/5657465.html

It says they were used as FPU and ALU. Does anyone know any details about them?

Thanks

B2210 is a SRAM register file
(64x18bits)

B2120 is a 32-Bit Floating-Point Arithmetic Logic Unit
B2110 is a 32 x 32 Bit Floating-Point Multiplier

Bipolar Integrated Technology Inc

I'd take the B2120

Thanks a lot, very interesting. Got to post some other unknown chips later. Smile

They are available for trade, but sorry I don't sell them as I don't know what price I should set. Confused And I prefer they go together.
