| As I stumble upon more and more cpus to collect, I am posed with a quandry - should I keep the heatsinks and cooling fans? Do I just keep sinks/fans from older cpus? |

| I've kept 2 Golden Orbs - to make a kick-ass system consisting of an ABiT BP6 with dual 366@550 Celerons with Golden Orbs modded to fit ( http://www.bp6.com/orbs/ ) |

It's very nice. I'm jealous. |

I try to keep one CPU cooler for every socket I have, to test CPUs. But there are coolers that can be fitted to more than one type of socket and I consider it a bonus because I don't have enough space for old hardware.
The exception is a number of Slot1 CPUs because they have naked cores without any protection against chipping it so sometimes I just leave the cooler on, they don't have markings on the core anyway. |
