IBM POWER RIOS Chip Info please

So working on a bit of an ID guid for these and need some help


If you have a RIOS 1 or RIOS 9 board please tell me the part number of the chips

Here is a guide for where each chip is on RIOS.1

FXU DCU DCU

IOU XXX IOU

On a RIOS.9 board there are 8 chips, 7 are the chip set, one is the clock generator (with a diff stle package usually)

THe one with the heatsink is IO

Others are:

FPU FXU ICU
DCU DCU SCU


Ones I am trying to figure out are
51F0326 (probably FXU)
63F7762

So please list what you have or send me a pic

I have one chipset but I can see part number tonight when I return to home

change only FPU, mine it's 63F7762ESD
