AMD K8M800 Biostar motherboard needs a new cpu

Let me know if I'm in the wrong place. I have this older board which is supposed to take Sempron and Athlon. It will be used as a workstation without much needed.

Is there a good recommendation for reasonable speed for downloads etc
for this board?

I'd like to find a budget item on the Ebay to get this one going as a backup.
