I have 6 of these

Mine are the 100MHz bus version (stepping C0)

PXA250C0C400

They are a 400MHz Xscale (ARM) CPU w/ 32k of I-Cache and 32k of D-cache.

These are Engineering Samples and are marked ES Q442




Price is $35 shipped or trade for a nice ES.

Wow that's an extremely rare chip. Especially since Intel's keeping tighter control of the newer ES's released, this should be hot.... only problem is I'm short $35 Laughing
