Haha
I know a question you'll like. Whadda got for trade? It's my only one, along side an MD8088 and an MD8089. Whole set can be yours, just make the right offer. |

I like it but I don't think I could offer you anything that would make you want to trade it being that it is your only one. Generally when I make a trade and if I am not sure of the rarity I look here: http://www.usbid.com/ and if no one has the chip then it increases what I am willing to trade for it. Unfortunately, one vendor has over 1,000 MC8087/Bs which makes it a little less valuable for me.
I still want one though and I am willing to do some trading but I know what you want big boy and I can't give you my last C4040 for it
By the way, my big auction (the one that I got a thread locked because I mentioned it )got pulled along with another one after someone complained about me having a link to George's site. So I still have an extra C4040 that I would be willing to trade for something like a C8080C
The CPU Shack has already got dibbs on the mint C4004 from that auction, TMAC is getting the C3002 and Ebay name: waltonmi has got the mint C8008.

I hate to admit it but I am out of those too... CPUShack is getting my last one. After this one I start trading out of my collection which I have sworn not to do! I know someone who has a lot of them though. Ebay name: obtronix. He is not a collector though so you would have to buy from him. I bought four white C4004s and one grey C4004 from him about two years ago for $2,000 and I have now traded out of all of them. I don't think he would be that cheap now but I know that he has some that are not in very good shape that he might let you have cheap.. maybe?

I don't know for sure why, but I suspect that the thread was locked because it was posted in wrong forum, and after you removed a link to the auction the thread was essentially dead. It'd be better to leave the link in the thread, and ask moderators to move it to the For Sale/Trade forum. Well, it's too late now.

Several people complained about the location and I was beginning to feel like a door to door salesman standing outside the front of a house reading a sign saying "NO SOLICITING!" . So because I couldn't delete the entire thread, I just deleted the link to the auction. When I came out from doing that I found myself already moved to the "trade/sell" area but then it was to late.
I had never listed an auction on this forum up to that point and you don't have to worry about me doing it again. Heck, I won't even comment about anyone elses auctions
