I have this spare nice Intel P4004 and MCS-4 support chip set mounted on a small board rescued from a scrap aviation navigation transponder.
The print is faint but visible on the white INS4001D, otherwise all chips are in very good shape.
P4004 CPU - S687
4x INS4001/D ROM ceramic/gold chips (EKL/D, EKP/D, EXN/D, EKM-D)
P4002-2 RAM - S1101
D4201A Clock Register
MC14562B Motorola 128-Bit Static Shift Register
MCS-4 Set - $120.
SHIPPING:
FREE SHIPPING to AVICC. Elsewhere at actual cost.
PAYMENT: Paypal or to ChipPay--> no PayPal fees if you click "Personal-Gift" option.
Otherwise add PayPal fee of 3% in U.S. or 4% other countries.
Thanks. _________________ My collection list (growing) http://johnorun.x86-guide.com/en/collection.html

If I hadn't decided to re-equip my home chemistry lab and consequently ran out of funds for a little while, I might have gone for this one too. Specialized glassware and equipment can be expensive even when purchased from the cheapest seller in China. |
