The manufacturing side of the computer industry calls these probe boards. These ones are used to test silicon wafers before dicing the wafers into individual chip dies. If they were for testing chips there would be a socket instead of the small metal cantilever arms coming out of the center of these.
[I specialize in probe boards]
You might also want to specify their diameter -- since probe boards come in sizes from 2" to 24" and it's hard to tell right off the bat, but I think these are on the smaller end of that range? |
