Here are some odd ball memory modules.

The FEMMA (Foldable Electronic Memory Module Assembly) architecture was developed by Kentron in 2000 to increase memory density in things like 1U servers.

These KT6472SRN0R Modules are 512MB Registered ECC PC100 using 36 128Mbit Micron MT48LC32M4A2-8E chips (which are actually 125MHz CL3 chips that will do CL2 at 100MHz)

Info on them here: http://www.go-gddq.com/down/2012-03/12032822426414.pdf

and here: https://www.anandtech.com/show/978/6

They are brand new
$3 each or a pair for $5
