Here are some nice prototype TI TMS320 DSPs
These are all C6203 series DSPs running at 250MHz made on a 0.15 (B) or 0.18u process w/ 384K of I-Cache and 512K or D-Cache
These appear to have been Rejects and are stamped as such
4x TI TMX320C6203BGLSX 0.15u
5x TI TMX320C6203BGLS 0.15u
6x TI TMX320C6203GLS 0.18u
$4 each
