|
|
Here are some nice Intel Atom Packages
They are a 441BGA used by the original Silverthorne Atom Z5xx series
There are ones that have the bumps and final layer of the package installed, and some without the bumps and final top layer of the package (they are about half the thickness)
These all came from ROFIN SINAR in Tempe, AZ, which makes the laser marking systems Intel (and many others) use for marking chips. They were for testing marking systems and to tune the lasers for marking each type of package (very tricky and delicate work as it has to be tuned to have the power to make readable markings, consistently, without hurting the package or die)
$9 for a pair or 2 pair for $14 _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!
