can get these nice ES to AVICC.

price is 29USD each shipped to AVICC.

Not really remarked, They were testing slower speeds at lower voltages, so took a 266 at 2.9V and clocked it down to 166 at 2.2V for low power applications. They would have been extensively tested to make sure they would work normal at the lower voltage, thus being marked ES. Pretty cool chips
