3x Hitachi HD6803P $2
1x Toshiba TMP8049P-6-5124 Early Grey 1982 Production $3
11x Mostek MK3870/20 MK14573N-5 SCISYS-O $2 each or a pair for $3
SCISYS is a British company founded in 1980 that produced a lot of electronics for other OEMS, such as automotive electronics, weather sattelite ground stations etc.
These MK3870 (the MCU version of the F8 processor) are from 1981 so likely from some of their first work.
