Communication problems with yar.ass after a forum sale

Dear all,
I have had many communication issues with yar.ass after a forum sale that dates from august, so it's been well over 4 month now...
I have ordered ~$200 of chips from him and paid extra for expedited shipping with tracking.

It happens that he sent the package after a long delay, but never informed me about the tracking number. Unfortunately, the package arrived but the postman never left any notification, so I did not picked it up and it was sent back to Poland.

Last I heard from yar.ass he was going to check with his brother in Poland, but that was more than 3 weeks ago, and he just does not respond to his PM nor emails...

Has anyone been successful, or having issues?

No he has vanished. I mean, communication was not easy before the issue... I am also not sure who I am dealing with as it seems the transaction is done by two persons...

About 2 or 3 months ago I have contacted with yar-ass about your/and others case. First what I know is that your parcell was shipped by his friend from Poland. He has provided tracking number and I have checked.

Here is status of your parcell :

It took very long journey from him to you and back. In very shortcut : none of you has picked-up that parcell. Currently it is stored at not departament of not delivered parcells.

I have asked him to fix it. He daclared to do this. After that I have no contact with him because he live in Netherlands.

I would gladly help but I'm not a side from shipping form Sad

I made a few long calls to Poczta Polska resolution centre and above deprtament. There is solution to rescue your parcell but we have less than 20 days before it will be scrapped. Contact me via PM and I will try to contact the real sender.

Aberco finally received his parcell with my support. Unfortunelly additional shipping costs beared at only aberco's side. If someone else has not received parcell from yar.ass please contact me.
